We start building the structure that holds the business. Systems, AI as a thinking partner, the parts you need most first. Designed around how your brain actually works, not someone else’s method.
Build session two
We finish the build and make sure it holds without you. By the end the business runs, and there is enough space left over for you to be a person again.
