What it is

Here is how it works, straight. You buy it, a private link lands in your inbox, and an interview asks you nine questions about your business. What you do, who you serve, what you want it to look like in 12 months, and why it will not get there on its own. Honest beats impressive, every time.
An AI runs the interview and drafts your report. Then I read every single word myself and write the note that goes on top. That note is the important bit, and it is the reason the report has my name on it and not a robot’s. I will also tell you when the answer is not AI at all, because quite often it is not.
You could ask ChatGPT the same nine questions. It would tell you what you already told it, tidied up and flattering. I am reading for the gap between the customer you say you want and the one who actually paid you last month. That gap is where the money usually is, and you cannot see it from inside your own business.

How your answers are handled
The honest bit, in plain English.
The Health Check collects your name, contact details, and what you tell the interview about your business. I am the data controller (Gemma Hurlstone, Calm Back with Gem, ICO registration ZB858213).
Your answers are processed by AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to run the interview and draft your report. I personally read every report and write the note that goes on top. Your answers are stored securely, used for your report and, if you book a session, to prepare for it. They are never used for marketing without your consent and never sold.
