It is almost never the surface thing. In this session I walk into your business and find what is actually going on underneath. The advantage you are sitting on without knowing it. The block that has been quietly running everything. The thing you cannot see because you are too close.
That is the whole point of me. I have done this enough times that I see it fast, usually the thing you walked in not even looking for.
